Jess completed her Masters of Communication Design at Parsons The New School. She is a Multidisciplinary Designer with several years of experience working in Los Angeles, New York City, and Shanghai. She has worked both in ad agencies and in-house environments as a digital product designer and visual designer. Her goal is to positively impact people's lives by creating enjoyable experiences and using human-centered design to solve problems. Jess is passionate about design because it allows her to understand the needs of her target audience and their market preferences. By doing so, she is able to help users have a better experience. She believes that users should be at the heart of the design thinking approach and values user-centered design.
Besides design, Jess loves outdoor activities such as swimming, badminton, and hiking. She also enjoys visiting markets and spending afternoons in bookstores exploring cool packaging and aesthetic book cover designs.
